Fulton Joins Parsons' Infrastructure & Technology Group

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - January 27, 2011) - Parsons announced today that David A. Fulton has joined its Infrastructure & Technology group as Vice President and Senior Program Manager. Mr. Fulton is responsible for managing Parsons' contract portfolio for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other international development agencies.

Mr. Fulton is a business leader and a seasoned client service manager whose career spans more than 25 years internationally. He has held delivery leadership roles as a consultant and client in the infrastructure, water and environment, and natural resource development industries. His clients have included USAID, Millennium Challenge Corporation, the Department of Defense, U.S. municipalities, and numerous private industrial businesses.

Mr. Fulton is a member of the Project Management Institute, Society of American Military Engineers, and the Air Force Association. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Juniata College, Huntingdon, PA; and the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is based in Washington, D.C.
