The Furia Organization Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire the Assets of a Local Trucking Company in the Dallas Fort Worth Area Anticipating Increasing Annual Revenues to Approximately $12.8

ROCKWALL, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2006 -- The Furia Organization (OTC BB: FURA) announces today it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the total assets of a local trucking company in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This acquisition will add an additional 18 trucks to the Furia family of logistic companies. The anticipated increase in first year revenues to the Furia Organization should be approximately $12.8 million dollars. Included in this acquisition will be office space for operations, a mechanics shop, and a fenced yard for securing equipment. Furia will also assume existing contracts, which include Fortune 500 companies. President Mike Alexander stated, "This is a great acquisition for The Furia Organization.
