Further attatchments to the Statoil-Hydro merger plan (part 2)

STAVANGER, NORWAY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 14, 2007 --Attachments to the merger plan between Statoil (OSE:STL, NYSE:STO) and Hydro's E&P business announced March 13, 2007.
