Fury Samples 950 g/t Silver Over 0.4 Metres at Guijoso

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 3, 2007) - Fury Explorations Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:FUR) announces partial results of the first pass exploration program on its Guijoso property located in Jalisco State, Mexico.

Preliminary mapping and sampling of the area surrounding historical colonial workings (Guijoso Mina Area) has resulted in the delineation of a series of high grade veins up to three meters thick. Three veins striking northwest to west-northwest in a 350 meter wide zone have a total combined strike length of approximately two kilometers (open in both directions) and extensional veins between the longer veins are apparent at frequent intervals. Some of the results are presented in the following table.

-------------------------------------------------
Description Ag (g/t) Au (g/t)
-------------------------------------------------
Central Vein (0.6 m) 110.0 0.236
-------------------------------------------------
Central Vein (0.5 m) 203.0 4.540
-------------------------------------------------
Central Vein (1.2 m) 176.0 0.372
-------------------------------------------------
Northern Vein (0.1 m) 362.0 0.181
-------------------------------------------------
Northern Vein (0.3 m) 205.0 0.070
-------------------------------------------------
Southern vein (0.4 m) 533.0 0.046
-------------------------------------------------
Southern vein (0.4 m) 950.0 0.205
-------------------------------------------------
Southern vein (0.3 m) 562.0 0.128
-------------------------------------------------
Extensional Vein (1.0 m) 786.0 0.571
-------------------------------------------------

Sampling along the veins is sporadic to date because of the nature of the topography and overburden. A program of detailed sampling and mapping has commenced in order to fully delineate the structural pattern and higher grade zones prior to designing a definitive drill program.

To date three other vein systems have been identified and preliminary sampling and mapping has started. Some highly anomalous assays (up to 114 g/t Ag over 0.5 m) have been received and further work will be done to trace the veins to see if higher grade areas exist.

Assaying is being completed by ALS Chemex. The samples are prepared by the ALS Chemex prep lab in Guadalajara, Mexico and the pulps are shipped to the ALS Chemex laboratory in Vancouver for assaying . Gold assays are performed on a 30 gram sample by fire assay with a atomic absorption finish. Other elements are assayed using an Induced coupled plasma technique after an aqua regia leach. Samples that assay greater than 100 g/t Ag are reassayed using an aqua regia digestion with an atomic absorption finish.

The current exploration program at Guijoso is being managed by geologist, Senor Antonio Montante of San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Mr. Ken Thorsen, B.Sc. P.Eng., Chairman and Director of Fury Explorations has reviewed the content of this press release, and is the Qualified Person for the Company, as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
