Fusion Appoints Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2015) - Fusion (NASDAQ: FSNN), a leading cloud services provider, announced today that Brian Coyne has joined the Company as Vice President - Investor Relations & Financial Planning. Mr. Coyne will be responsible for developing and leading the Company's communications effort with the investment community and will work with Fusion's executive team to advance the Company's growth initiatives.

Mr. Coyne began his career on Wall Street in the Communications & Media Investment Banking teams at Lehman Brothers and UBS, where he worked on more than $15 billion of debt, equity and M&A transactions. He brings to Fusion nearly 20 years of experience in the communications services and technology sectors, working with investors and corporate management teams to identify opportunities to grow shareholder value. Mr. Coyne joins the Company from National Alliance Securities, an institutional broker-dealer where he led the firm's Telecom, Media & Technology equity research effort. Additionally, Mr. Coyne founded and managed an investor relations and strategic advisory consulting firm focusing on companies in the cloud services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and video technology sectors. He has also held senior research positions at Needham & Company, Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co. (FBR) and Wedge Partners.

Mr. Coyne received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
