Futura Loyalty Group's Technology Solutions Adopted in Multiple Partnerships Leading to New Revenue Streams

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 11, 2009) -

The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FUT)("Futura") today announced a number of new relationships that will see the company deploy various proprietary technology solutions that were initially developed to power the Futura Rewards loyalty platform to third party customers on a license fee basis:

- Homeserve Technologies Inc. (a Brookfield Company) has engaged Futura to process loyalty transactions for its Aeromove® program (an array of merchants and service providers related to the residential moving sector that offer Aeroplan® Miles) using a combination of the company's new web-based reward issuance technology as well as its in-store terminal based processes. Futura will also provide transaction reporting solutions for Aeromove merchants and service providers.

- Since introducing its web-based rewards crediting system in early 2009, Futura has successfully launched over 80 merchants on this innovative application.

- Coop Atlantic (a maritime-based grocery chain with 100+ locations) has licensed Futura's Offer Management System, a web based application that allows retail staff to set and deploy reward offers at the product level in real time via the internet. After having completed a successful 3-store pilot of the application in early May, it will begin rolling out the web based application to a broader store count in June 2009.

- Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Canada as well as the University of Guelph Alumni Association have engaged Futura to produce, fulfill and manage co-branded membership card programs. These special membership cards are programmed to direct a fixed portion of all cash-based Futura Rewards earned by group members from any Futura Rewards partner company to a pooled fundraising account in support of the organization's programs and initiatives.
