Galeos' New Miso Southwest Dressing Spices Up Any Meal

COSTA MESA, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 24, 2011) - Galeos Miso Dressings now has a spicy, creamy addition to its line of Miso dressings, marinades and spreads. Today, Galeos introduces Miso Southwest dressing to spice up any dish. The new dressing combines the tangy taste of Miso that Galeos is famous for with zesty Southwest flavor of sriracha peppers, sweet chili peppers and just a touch of pure sesame seed oil.

"Our new Galeos Miso Southwest adds a zesty twist to more than just salads, and is an ideal flavor for adventurous foodies," said Chef Andrei and Chef Gordana of Galeos. "Miso Southwest has the right blend of spices to add a bold flavor to any dish."

Miso Southwest is an ideal marinade to add flavor and tenderize skirts steak, chicken or shrimp. As a spread, Miso Southwest dresses up any sandwich and adds an instant Tex-Mex take to a plain sandwich combination like turkey and avocado. Miso Southwest offers a fresh spicy twist to potato salad, three bean salad and corn on the cob. Watch this video to see how Miso Southwest adds a new twist to turkey fajitas (recipe below).

Other Galeos Miso dressings include Miso Sesame, Miso Caesar, Dijonnaise and Ginger Wasabi. Miso is fermented soybean paste that is often found in Asian inspired cuisine. The Miso gives Galeos' dressings a uniquely satisfying tangy flavor that wonderfully complements other piquant flavors such as sriracha peppers or ginger.

Galeos dressings are made with all natural ingredients, have no MSG, and are gluten-free. Galeos dressings are available in grocery stores, health food markets, and online at Visit Galeos on Facebook at for more recipes.
