Galore Appoints Al Fabbro and Charles Troup as Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 16, 2012) - Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GRI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Al Fabbro and Mr. Charles Troup to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Fabbro has more than 30 years experience in finance and mining while Mr. Troup has over 25 years of successful experience investing and managing a diverse portfolio in the mining and oil and gas sectors.

Mr. Fabbro was twelve years with Yorkton Securities as head of the retail trading department and Natural Resource group and over ten years as an investment advisor with Cannacord Capital specializing in the natural resource sector. Mr. Fabbro has served on a number of boards including Roxgold Inc., which recently made a significant gold discovery. Mr. Fabbro, formerly on Galore's advisory board, has accepted the appointment of a more active role as a Director.

Mr. Troup has been investing and managing a large mining focused portfolio for 25 years. Mr. Troup, based in Texas, is a successful investor with a background in finance and business.
