GameCorp Appoints New Directors


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 12, 2011) - GameCorp Ltd. ("the Company") (CNSX:GGG)(OTCBB:GAIMF) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Dr. Aubrey Zidenberg, Mr. Pierre Gagnon, and Mr. Henry Kloepper to the company's Board of Directors, subject to the required regulatory and stock exchange approvals. The current Directors will remain on the Board and this includes Mr. J. Graham Simmonds, Mr. Neal Romanchych and pending approval Mr. Marc Askenasi.

Dr. Aubrey Zidenberg is a thirty five year veteran of the international casino gaming industry. He is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and is responsible for putting together the partnership of the operating company of Casino Rama in which he has a financial interest. He is currently International Vice President of B'nai Brith representing Canada, an international human rights organization which has operated in Canada since 1875. He also chairs the organizations Special Advisory Council to the League for Human Rights. Mr. Zidenberg currently sits on the National Advisory Board of the Responsible Gambling Council of Canada and is a recipient of the Canadian Gaming Industry Award of Excellence. Mr. Zidenberg earned a B.A. from York University in 1975 and in 2007 received a Honourary Doctorate of Laws Degree.

Mr. Pierre Gagnon studied Commerce at the University of Toronto and is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. In 1988, he joined Brukar Inc., a manufacturer of industrial components for the food equipment industry as president. Mr. Gagnon is currently the president of Chancery Investments Inc., an investment company. He is an advisor to "the Shotgun Fund" and "the Succession Fund" and serves on various boards in the portfolio companies. He is a director of publicly listed Baymount Incorporated and Spot Coffee (Canada) Inc. as well as a number of private companies. Mr. Gagnon was the chair of Copernicus Educational Products Inc. from 2006 to 2009. He is also a director of Halton Healthcare Services Foundation and Oakville Galleries.

Mr. Henry Kloepper has enjoyed a 30-year career in structured finance and investment banking, holding executive positions at Citibank Canada, JP Morgan, Security Pacific Bank (now Bank of America) and North American Trust (now Laurentian Bank). He is a director of publicly listed Mogul Energy International Inc. and is the Chief Operating Officer of Via Bank Ltd.
