Garson Gold Continues to Extend No. 3 Zone Deposit New Britannia Mine, Snow Lake, Manitoba

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 29, 2007) - GARSON GOLD CORP. (TSX VENTURE:GG) ("Garson Gold") is pleased to announce assays from five diamond drill holes completed on the No. 3 Zone Deposit located within the Company's 100% owned New Britannia Mine ("NBM") property in Snow Lake, Manitoba. Significant intersections are summarized in Table 1 below:

occurring at successive structural levels within the No. 3 Zone Deposit

The five holes were completed on three target areas at the NBM No. 3 Zone (to see the attached NBM No. 3 Zone long section please click on: http://www.ccnmatthews.com/docs/gg1129.pdf). Holes ZN0307-32 and ZN0307-33 were completed down dip from previously completed holes that intersected 11.79 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over a 4.18 metre (m) intersection length (drill hole ZN0307-27 news release dated October 3, 2007). Both of these holes reported today intersected high grade gold mineralization which extends the No. 3 Main Zone down dip and remains open for expansion.

Hole ZN0307-15 was completed to the east of the currently interpreted No. 3 Main Zone mineralization and was planned to test the footwall environment below the No. 3 Main Zone. Hole ZN0307-15 intersected strong mineralization approximately 150 feet below the No. 3 Main Zone that includes an interval of 7.00 g/t gold over an intersection length of 2.10 m. This intersection, referred to as the No. 3 Lower Main, remains open.

Holes ZN0307-20 and ZN0307-23 were completed at and near the western limits of the current drilling on the No. 3 Main Zone and intersected mineralization on the No. 3 Main Zone. Hole ZN0307-23 intersected No. 3 Hangingwall Zone mineralization that included 7.09 g/t gold over an intersection length of 1.8 m. Previous intersections in the No. 3 Hangingwall Zone include 18.51 g/t gold over an intersection length of 4.51 m in Hole ZN0307-26 (news release dated October 3, 2007).

Drilling continues to define and expand mineralization at the No. 3 Main Zone Deposit and illustrates the potential to develop multiple zones of mineralization located in both the hangingwall (ie: Hangingwall Zone) and footwall (ie: Lower Main Zone) of the No. 3 Main Zone. Two rigs are currently drilling on the No. 3 Zone testing the down dip extension of the Main Zone as well as following up intersections in the hangingwall and footwall. A third rig is currently drilling within the New Britannia Historical Mine deposit. To date, approx. 17,000 metres of a 20,000 metres drill campaign have been completed on the NBM property. The drilling program has been primarily directed towards evaluating the No. 3 Zone, a satellite deposit which has a historical inferred resource of approximately 50,000 ounces of gold (220,000 tonnes @ 7.10 g/t gold) and is located approximately 1.5 kilometres north of the New Britannia Historical Mine (A NI 43-101 technical report dated Oct 27, 2006, can be viewed at www.sedar.com, or www.garsongold.ca).

Jamie Lavigne, M.Sc., P.Geo and Vice President Exploration for Garson Gold, is the Qualified Person under NI 43-101 responsible for the verification and quality assurance of the NBM exploration data and analytical results. Gold concentrations are determined on half core at TSL Laboratories in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan using conventional sample preparation and assay techniques. For details of sampling and analytical procedures used on the NBM project, see April 18, 2007 news release which can be viewed at www.garsongold.ca.

ABOUT THE NEW BRITANNIA MINE

Garson Gold holds a 100% interest in the New Britannia Mine (NBM) Project which covers approximately 3,900 hectares and hosts the historic New Britannia Gold Mine which operated from 1949 to 1958 and again from 1995 to 2004 and produced approximately 1.43 million ounces of gold. The current resource estimate at the NBM property audited by Micon International Ltd. to NI 43-101 standards is available for viewing on Sedar (www.sedar.com) and www.garsongold.ca.
