Garson Gold Reports Further Drill Results From New Britannia Mine Project, Snow Lake, Manitoba

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - GARSON GOLD CORP (TSX VENTURE:GG) ("Garson Gold") is pleased to announce that assays have been received from a further seven diamond drill holes completed on the No. 3 Zone at the Company's 100% owned New Britannia Mine ("NBM") property located at Snow Lake, Manitoba. Significant intersections include 7.92 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over an intersection length of 2.56 metres (m) in hole ZN0307-25 and 10.44 g/t gold over an intersection length of 2.41 m in hole ZN0307-24. Significant intersections from the seven holes are summarized in Table 1 below:

Approximately 16,000 m of diamond drilling (NQ Core) has been completed on the NBM No. 3 Zone during the current drill campaign. The drilling has been focused on expanding the historical inferred resource of approximately 50,000 ounces gold (220,000 tonnes @ 7.10 g/t gold) down dip and includes selective infill drilling within the domain of the inferred resource (see the attached NBM No. 3 Zone long section). The results to date have confirmed the down dip extension of the NBM No. 3 Main Zone and appear to have defined the eastern limits of the mineralization which remains open for expansion to the west and down dip.

The objective of the current drilling through to the end of December is to extend the mineralization in the NBM No. 3 Main Zone to the 1,800 level (1,800 feet or 550 m below surface) while testing the strike length of the mineralized zone to the west. Additionally, future drilling will be planned to test the extent of high grade mineralization recently discovered in the NBM No. 3 Hangingwall Zone and previously reported in Garson Gold's news releases dated October 3, 2007 and July 12, 2007. Assay results from 5 drill holes recently completed on the NBM No. 3 Zone are pending.

Three diamond drill rigs are currently drilling on the New Britannia Mine property; two rigs are at the NBM No. 3 Zone deposit located approx 1.5 km from the historical Main Mine and one rig is drilling the New Britannia Main Mine deposit. New targets derived from compilation of geological and historical exploration data are currently being prioritized for drill testing in 2008.

Jamie Lavigne, M.Sc., P.Geo and Vice President Exploration for Garson Gold is the Qualified Person under NI 43-101 responsible for the verification and quality assurance of the NBM exploration data and analytical results. Gold concentrations are determined on half core at TSL Laboratories in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan using conventional sample preparation and assay techniques. For details of sampling and analytical procedures used on the NBM project, see April 18, 2007 news release which can be viewed at

The New Britannia Mine (NBM) Project covers approximately 3,900 hectares and hosts the historic New Britannia Gold Mine which operated from 1949 to 1958 and again from 1995 to 2004 and produced approximately 1.43 million ounces of gold. The current resource estimate at the NBM property audited by Micon International Ltd. to NI 43-101 standards is available for viewing on Sedar ( and
