Gary C. Baughman Appointed Chief Operating Officer of M+W Americas

ALBANY, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2015) - M+W Americas, the regional subsidiary of the global engineering and construction company M+W Group, announced the completion of its management board. Effective Sept. 1, 2015, Gary C. Baughman, 52, was appointed chief operating officer of M+W Americas. In this role, he will act as a member of the executive committee, alongside Ron Oakley, CEO and Bob Wills, CFO.

Baughman will be responsible for the daily operations of M+W Americas and will oversee the functional groups of design, construction, tool install, procurement and management of the company's market segments.

During the last 30 years, Baughman has gained broad professional experience working for various top-tier technology companies. From 2012 through August 2015, he held several executive management positions at AECOM Technology Services, with responsibility for the industrial markets in the Americas and for the global chemical/pharmaceutical market. Previously, Baughman worked for the energy services company John Wood Group (2009 to 2012), Washington Group International (2000 to 2008), Day & Zimmermann International (1999 to 2000) and Fluor Corporation (1985 to 1999). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, South Carolina.
