Gary L. Fischer Helps Secure 7 Figure Bank Loan

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - September 30, 2014) - "Helping Others Succeed," a business consulting practice operated by Gary L. Fischer, CFO, announced today that Mr. Fischer assisted in identifying and securing a growth capital bank loan for Position2. Teaming up with Rajiv Parikh, founder and CEO of Position2, Fischer helped identify key lenders who might be interested in extending a loan to Position2 and arranged for several meetings. Prior to the first meeting Fischer created a list of slides needed to accurately and beneficially describe the company. "It took Rajiv a bit of time to pull the presentation together but his extra effort really paid off. He is an excellent presenter."

Position2 is an Integrated Digital Marketing firm with a unique approach and substantive products. As their web site states, they can increase an enterprise's visibility by 40 times. The Company has a complex business model. Headquartered in Santa Clara, the Company has a much larger employee team in India which allows for the delivery of world class Integrated Digital Marketing products at relatively low costs. Fischer explained, "We were not sure if the banking community would be comfortable with the complex business model as they generally like all the assets to be in the United States, readily accessible as collateral for a loan. But we prepared a clear and compelling description of the business and most of the lenders 'got it.' Rajiv's strong list of tier one customers was compelling."

As founder and CEO, Parikh wanted to expand in several areas including development of new digital marketing products and establishing a sales office in New York City. "Rajiv was not eager to go to the Venture Capital community and his Company is far enough along that I felt he might be able to skip the VCs and go to some of the more aggressive lenders instead," commented Fischer. As a team, the two entrepreneurs were able to generate at least three good proposals and then poured over the details to compare critical aspects. Parikh informed the bank with the winning proposal and subsequently the loan was finalized.

"This was a fun deal to work on," stated Fischer. "It is a really big step for Rajiv and his Company and the proceeds will be put to use in several excellent ways. Rajiv is a very intelligent and committed executive and it was my pleasure to help him. It is always fun in helping others succeed."
