Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport Announces New, Lower Air Fares Between the National Capital Region and Quebec City Aboard Air Expresso

GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 1, 2011) - The Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport Authority is pleased to announce new, lower air fares for its flights between the Gatineau airport and Québec City. The new air fares take effect on February 1st, 2011.

"By introducing lower air fares and a revised class structure, Air Expresso is able to offer competitive, affordable air fares, while responding to the needs of our major clientele - business travellers and government officials from both the National Capital Region and Québec City areas" says Yvon Boucher, President of the Board of Directors of the Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport.

"Our clients also enjoy free parking at the Gatineau airport and are required to be at the airport only 20 minutes prior to departure" adds Mr. Boucher. "These unique advantages, coupled with our new, lower fares, position us much more positively in the Ottawa aviation market for even greater customer satisfaction and growth," notes Mr. Boucher.

A one-way ticket between the two regions now costs $199 (airport charges included) plus taxes.

"Air Expresso clients value our new price structure as well as the reliability of our flight schedule, the quality of our service and the comfort of our aircraft", says Gaston Cloutier, Director General of the Gatineau Airport.

Departing from the Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport, Air Expresso offers direct, daily flights between the cities of Gatineau and Québec, gateways to the business world, the political sphere and the public service of both a national and provincial capital region.
