GAWK Hires Larry Messinger as New Vice President of Sales

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2016) - GAWK Inc. (OTC PINK: GAWK) CEO Scott Kettle announced today that the Company has retained Larry Messinger as Vice President of Sales for GAWK and its wholly owned subsidiary, Connexum, LLC., which GAWK acquired January 18, 2016 (www.connexum.com). Messinger will play a key role in driving and implementing GAWK's organic national sales strategies. Messinger will also focus on retail marketing, and increasing the Company's agent's sales channel to generate demand and achieve revenue objectives across all Connexum and GAWK product lines.

The acquisition of Connexum brings the Company's annual revenue up from $2 million to just under $6 million. Messinger, a graduate of California State University, previously was Vice President, Sales and Vendor Operations, at Unique Marketing Concepts for nearly six years, where he increased company revenue by 25%. He also was Vice President, Sales & Marketing Varinet Technologies Group for 3 1/2 years, Director, Carrier Relations, at Trisun Communications Corporation, Director Of Enhanced Services, Inexcom and Executive VP, National Sales Manager Energy Distribution.
