Geminare Addresses Rapid Growth With Addition of VP Global Channels and Alliances Veteran Steven Wagner

Addition Brings Significant Industry Knowledge and Expertise to Rapidly Expanding International Partner Channels and Marketplaces

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 13, 2012) - Geminare, the global leader in the Cloud Enablement market, is excited to announce that Mr. Steven Wagner has joined its executive team as Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances. Mr. Wagner will manage the rapidly expanding North American and International partner community that has adopted Geminare's Cloud Enablement Platform and Recovery as a Service (RaaS) Suite.

In a career that spans over 20 years in the IT sector, Mr. Wagner has worked with leading companies such as Cisco and IBM, and in senior executive roles with Cloud innovators such as OpSource and Savvis, where he provided the thought-leadership and operational discipline required for partners and customers to easily navigate the business model transformation required as they migrated to the Cloud.

"The Cloud services market has seen unparalleled growth over the past year, with partners taking aggressive steps to monetize their Cloud strategies through both Cloud Enabling solutions as well as our industry leading RaaS suite," stated Joshua Geist, President and CEO of Geminare. "Geminare is committed to the success of our partners and their customer initiatives, and works in lockstep with them to ensure their cloud strategies are expertly delivered. Part of our commitment is making available to our partners such world-class thought-leaders as Steve Wagner. Steve brings experience, tenacity, a sterling reputation and a proven track record to Geminare and above all the absolute commitment to ensure our partners' success."

Commenting on his recent appointment, Mr. Wagner stated, "I have been working with Geminare as an Advisory Board member for well over a year and I've witnessed first-hand the company's tremendous progress and rapid growth in the Cloud Enablement and Business Enablement arenas, specifically in the past 12 months. Also, the global partnerships that are on the immediate horizon are a clear and distinct indication that the company is moving to a whole new level while the Cloud Enablement market has progressed from investigation to execution -- something easily seen with many of the current RaaS-enabled partners. This opportunity and timing are ideal for me to play a more active role in the company's success. I'm looking forward to working with a dynamic team at a very exciting point in Geminare's journey as the leading provider of Cloud Enablement platforms and services."

Mr. Wagner is based out of Geminare's US headquarters in Silicon Valley and will oversee its rapidly expanding global channel of Telcos, ISVs, Service Providers and Partners.
