Gemini Appoints KPMG LLP As New Auditor

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 9, 2006) - Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change of the Corporation's auditors effective immediately to KPMG LLP from Grant Thornton LLP.

There have been no reservations contained in the auditor's reports rendered by Grant Thornton LLP for the Corporation's two most recent fiscal years and no reportable events within the meaning of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations have occurred. In accordance with all regulatory requirements, the Corporation has filed a notice of change of auditor and has received a response letter from both KPMG LLP, the successor auditor, and Grant Thornton LLP, the former auditor, confirming their agreement with the information provided in the Notice.
