GenArts to Present at Boston Avid Users Group Meeting

GenArts Executive to Explore State of Visual Effects Industry as It Relates to Avid Users, and Provide Insight on the Company's Evolutionary Role in VFX Software


CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - January 11, 2010) - GenArts Inc., the premier provider of specialized visual effects software for the film, television and video industries, announced today that GenArts Chief Scientist and Vice President of Engineering Gary Oberbrunner will lead a session on the state of the visual effects industry at the Boston Avid Users Group meeting on January 13, 2010. During the hour-long presentation, Mr. Oberbrunner will offer his perspective on where the Avid world is going, the importance of 2D effects in film and video, and GenArts' role in the industry in 2010 and beyond.
