Genentech's $1 Billion California Biologicals Plant to Complete Construction This Summer

Construction is nearing the home stretch on Genentech Incorporated's (NYSE:DNA) (South San Francisco, California) massive $1 billion cell-culture manufacturing plant in Vacaville, California.
