General Contractor Releases Statement on Death of Construction Worker

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - July 13, 2007) - Hunt/EllisDon, a joint venture construction manager for a Miami, Florida construction project, has reported that at approximately 1:30 PM on July 13, 2007, a construction worker employed by their concrete subcontractor, Jam Shell/Baker, died in a job site accident. It appears that no other workers were injured.

"We regret any accident on a job site," said Jose Pienknagura, Vice President of Hunt Construction Group. "We are saddened by the incident and our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends, and co-workers of the decedent."

All appropriate parties have been notified and the investigation process is underway. Hunt/EllisDon is cooperating with the investigation of the accident and has no further comment until the situation is fully assessed.
