Genesis HR Solutions Announces New Leadership Structure, Stevenson and Hilger Named Co-Presidents, Burbidge to Remain CEO

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 15, 2014) - Genesis HR Solutions, the oldest and largest, accredited Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in New England, today announced that Patty Hilger and Diane Stevenson have each been named Co-President, effective immediately. Robert Burbidge, the company's founder will remain CEO.

Under their leadership Genesis has further refined its service model, grown market share and retained top talent. Diane Stevenson, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer at Genesis for more than 20 years. She has served on the Accounting Practices Committee for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and has been instrumental in promoting the interests of the small business community with legislators and regulators in New England for many years. A native of Rochester, New York, Diane is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.

Patty Hilger, SPHR joined the Genesis management team in 2006. As Vice President of Human Resources and Operations, she has been a major contributor on health care initiatives for NAPEO, and is an authority in the HR industry and the Affordable Care Act. Prior to joining Genesis, Patty was the Vice President of Human Resources of Amherst Technologies for nine years. She is a native of Nashua, New Hampshire, a graduate of Northeastern University and received her MBA from Santa Clara University.
