Genius Inside Grew Revenues, Customer Base in 2010 and Looks Forward to Expansion in 2011

New Products and Partnerships Round out a Successful Year

MONTREAL and GENEVA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2011) - When the final results of 2010 rolled in, Genius Inside had confounded gloomy economic predictions by growing its customer base 60 percent and its revenues by double digits as companies throughout the world sought its project portfolio management (PPM) solutions.

Genius Inside won new customers in the manufacturing, automotive, finance, insurance, IT, medical and education industries in 2010. New customers include Swedish bearing and lubrication manufacturer SKF, German automotive company Hock Holding, Italian insurance company Ergo Italia, and U.S. manufacturer Matcor. The company also signed on new customers in Belgium, Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK and Venezuela. The outlook for higher sales of Genius Inside's project portfolio management software in 2011 is promising based on analyst predictions. The global market for PPM software is expected to reach $4.2 billion by 2013, according to IDC estimates. Select market segments, such as IT project management, grew during the recession and are expected to continue at a faster pace in 2011 and beyond, IDC said.

In addition to its sales success Genius Inside recorded accomplishments in product and business development in 2010. The company added Apple desktop and mobile device support in its flagship software, Genius Project, and rolled out a premise-based edition of Genius Project, Genius Project Enterprise PPM, to complement its Web- and Domino-based versions. Genius Inside integrated Genius Project with Magic Software's iBolt software to give Genius Project users seamless access to data in major corporate information systems such as SAP and sales force management.

Gartner Inc. included Genius Inside in its 2010 PPM for IT "Magic Quadrant" report. To broaden its portfolio of customer support solutions, Genius Inside also debuted its new blog, PMBox, to offer readers insight and free advice on popular project management topics.

"Most people won't remember good things about the economy in 2010, but it turned out to be a productive year for Genius Inside," said Christophe Borlat, managing director sales and marketing at Genius Inside. "We expanded our geographic presence, added new partners and capabilities, and rolled out some well-received new products. Based on the amount of business we did in 2010 and how much better the indicators are now, we're predicting a strong 2011. It's very possible for us to double our revenue and customer bases."
