GENIVAR Income Fund Acquires DDH Environnement Ltée

    MONTREAL, Dec. 5  - The GENIVAR Income Fund ("GENIVAR") is
pleased to announce the acquisition of DDH Environnement Ltée ("DDH
Environnement"), a firm specializing in earth sciences and environmental
engineering. DDH has 30 employees at its Montreal office.
