We expect to identify various attractive business opportunities stemming from our building engineering, transportation and environmental services, which are sure to meet the needs of PSMI's clients. GENIVAR is now positioned as a strategic partner of choice for aviation sector clients", he added.

"Our team is very pleased to be joining forces with GENIVAR, not only because of the many business opportunities that will be opening up, but also because of our firms' shared affinities. Among other things, this acquisition will ensure the continuity of our operations while providing us with renewed impetus to pursue our growth within GENIVAR", said Brad R. Pryde, P.Eng. PSMI's President. "Given GENIVAR's vast pool of resources, size and capacity, we will be able to develop our potential further by working on larger-scale projects. "In addition to reinforcing our position as a strategic partner for our clients, we will continue to provide top-of-the-line engineering, planning and project management services, as well as developing additional software solutions. We will thus be able to offer our public and private-sector clients a broader and deeper range of services. The future looks bright, with an excellent outlook in all of our market segments.
