GENIVAR Income Fund continues to grow in Ontario by acquiring a multidisciplinary firm

- GENIVAR tops the milestone of more than 1,000 employees in Ontario

MONTREAL, March 2 - The GENIVAR Income Fund ("GENIVAR"), a Canadian consulting engineering leader, is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Thompson Rosemount Group Inc. ("Thompson Rosemount"), an Ontario-based firm with more than 100 employees in Cornwall, Ottawa, Guelph and Kingston. As a result of this acquisition, GENIVAR's Ontario workforce has now topped the milestone of 1,000 employees.
