CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 10, 2005) - Genoil (TSX
VENTURE:GNO) (OTCBB:GNOLF) will be presenting to investors at the
ValueRich Small-Cap Financial Expo on Thursday March 10th. The Genoil
presentation to investors is at 5pm at the Palm Beach Convention Center
in West Palm Beach, FL.

Genoil will be represented by its Chairman & CEO Mr. David Lifschultz
