Genome Canada Chair Elected to the Royal Society of Canada

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 15, 2010) - Dr. C. Thomas Caskey, M.D., Chair of the Board of Genome Canada and prominent medical geneticist and biomedical entrepreneur has been elected to the Division of Life Sciences of the Academy of Science of the Royal Society of Canada. Every year, distinguished scholars are elected to the Fellowship on the basis of their exceptional contributions to Canadian intellectual life.
