Geologix Explorations Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that drilling in the Main Zone and Zone 2 continues to provide strong grades and continuity. Phase II drilling produced three additional vertical drill sections that exhibit excellent grades, lengths, and continuity extending to 550 metres on strike and from 250 to 550 metres in width. Drill holes penetrate to a maximum of 250 meters vertical depth and holes end in mineralization with higher grade gold intersections being intercepted at depth.

Dunham Craig, President and CEO stated: "Infill drilling continues to display excellent continuity between sections with the continuance of higher grade zones being discovered as drill density increases. Our resource calculation has begun and our initial vision of a multimillion ounce precious metal deposit with significant base metals seems to becoming closer to a reality."

Attached to this press release are a plan map and eight vertical sections. The Company strongly recommends the reader review these sections to examine the grade and continuity that shows 550 metres of strike in the Main Zone and adjoining Zone 2. Sections 500EB, 600EB and 750EB are new with the balance previously released. To view the press release and all sections please use the View News Release and Maps in PDF Format link at the top of this press release or go to the Company's website at www.geologix.ca.

Drilling on Sections 500EB to 600EB intersected a series of northwest faults that closely parallel the drilling direction (See Plan Map) and it is interpreted that drill intervals without mineralization on section may be running down these post mineral steeply dipping faults.

Drilling Progress

At San Agustin 54 additional drill holes have been completed, submitted to the assay lab and await compilation into the data base. Three drills are currently on site with the new third larger drill capable of drilling to 750 meters depth with HQ diameter core. Due to the sequence of drilling and receipt of assay results, the Company prefers to issue information on a section-by-section basis, if possible. Given the continuing positive drill results, the company is expanding it's drill activity with accelerating prefeasibility work beginning in the 2nd quarter 2008.

The table below is a calculation of the length weighted assay drill interval averages for drill holes displayed on the sections. The table represents length weighted assay averages only and is not an estimate of the San Agustin deposit resource, grade or tonnage of the sections.
