Georgia Department of Transportation and RouteMatch Software Host Israel National Roads Company Interested in New Transportation Technologies

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - October 13, 2009) - Georgia DOT and RouteMatch Software, Inc. will be hosting a delegation from the Israel National Roads Company (INRC) on October 15th to discuss best practices in transportation technology related to automation technologies such as Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and new pavement technologies such as rubber-asphalt, which is currently being studied in both Georgia and Israel. The Israel delegation will be at RouteMatch offices at 4pm on October 15th, Thursday, and media are welcome for photos and brief interviews.

Background: The Israel National Roads Company (INRC) and Georgia DOT entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration in April 2009, arranged by Federal Highway Administration's Office of International Programs, which facilitates access to technology, information, and markets beyond U.S. borders for its domestic partners and international access to information and technical expertise in the U.S. public and private sectors.
