Geospatial Corporation Files Amended S-1 Registration

Geospatial Also Approved for Standard & Poor's Records Coverage and Publication in the S&P Daily News

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - October 22, 2014) - Geospatial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: GSPH) announced today that it has recently filed an amended S-1 Registration Statement. In addition, the Company has been approved for coverage in the Standard and Poor's S&P Daily News. The tentative publication date is October 23rd.
