Geotec, Inc. Resumes Filings With the Securities and Exchange Commission

DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - September 12, 2008) - Geotec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GETC) confirmed today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its annual report on Form 10-K for the period ending December 31, 2006. The Company also confirmed its commitment to continue using its best efforts to file all periodic reports in compliance with the SEC by the end of 2008.

Geotec, Inc. continues to engage Brimmer, Burek and Keelan, LLP, to complete the Securities and Exchange Commission filings with a view to becoming current by the end of 2008.

Geotec is a Green Energy Technology Company with operations in the United States and Argentina utilizing proteins and enzyme technology to chemically convert hydrocarbons to commercially higher value coal and fuel oils.
