Germany Launches Credit Program to Cover Risks of Geothermal Projects, an Industrial Info News Alert

GALWAY, IRELAND--(Marketwire - April 10, 2009) - Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Germany's Federal Environment Ministry, the state-owned KfW Bank Group and insurance firm Munchener Ruck have launched a new credit program for the development of geothermal sources in Germany. Nearly $80 million will be made available for deep geothermal boreholes.
