Get Satisfaction Nominated for 2013 TSIA Vision Award in the Commercial Category

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 3, 2013) -  Get Satisfaction, a community platform for creating engaging customer experiences, today announced that Zoltán Radnai, community support team lead at Prezi, a Get Satisfaction customer, will present at TSIA's Technology Services World 2013 Best Practices Conference. The announcement comes on the heels of TSIA's recent "State of Social Support 2013" report that revealed that 80 percent of TSIA member respondents plan to adopt and invest in "Community" and "Social Support." However, 77 percent of respondents who use social support did not know how to measure the return on investment (ROI).

The presentation by Prezi, "Maximize and Measure the ROI of Social Support with Customer Community," will be given on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. PT as part of the Service Technology Advantage Case Study track.

In addition to its customer case study presentation, Get Satisfaction is one of three companies nominated for the TSIA Vision Award in the innovative commercial category, which will be decided by audience vote at a live demo presentation by Get Satisfaction's Scott Hirsch, VP of product marketing, at the conference on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PT.
