The announcement was made to coincide with VMworld 2010 EMEA, the CMASP being available starting October 12th until the end of 2010.

Based on the eCloudManager™ platform, the CMASP delivers an intro into end-to-end cloud management across geographically distributed data centers, allowing customers to take the step into the next generation, fully automated data center. Without any big commitments or large investments, customers can now consume IT as a Service – Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Landscape as a Service™ – by applying one single platform and thus managing their infrastructure and application resources holistically, tracking and handling errors data center wide, and making enterprise application landscapes easy to deliver and easy to consume through a self-service portal.

Based on its innovative semantic technologies and in-memory database allowing enterprises to leverage the entire IT stack and implement an up to 100% automated process for requesting, approving, deploying, updating, and retiring multi-tiered multi-system virtualized enterprise application landscapes and thus making enterprise application landscapes (e.g. SAP) available within 10 minutes without any post-provisioning effort, fluid Operations™ has been named "Gartner Cool Vendor in the SAP Ecosystem".

CMASP Availability, Packaging and Pricing

The fluidOps CMASP includes:

  • eCloud Manager licenses for up to 4 blades / physical servers (up to 16 physical cores)
  • remote1 implementation services (3 to 10 consulting days) for the standard (out-of-the-box) eCloudManager™ installation2
  • 24x7 live and online enterprise support and delivers up to 100%data center / cloud automation!

The CMASP is priced at €25,000 per package, plus €5,000 maintenance4. The fee includes license charges and remote installation costs. Customers interested in purchasing the CMASP can apply and submit their PO online5.

  4. Maintenance is p.a., includes software updates and support, and amounts to 20% of the license costs.
