Financial Leader Joins Company's Executive Team of Industry Experts


BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwired - Mar 18, 2014) - GetWellNetwork(R), Inc., the leader in Interactive Patient Care™ (IPC) solutions, today announced the appointment of Bart Witteveen as the company's new chief financial officer. In this role, Witteveen will be responsible for GetWellNetwork's financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis and reporting, procurement and budgeting.

Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Witteveen served as chief financial officer at Matrix Medical Network, a national leader in prospective medical assessment services for Medicare Advantage plan members. He brings over 20 years of diverse executive leadership experience in health care, financial services, government services and materials to the company.

Former Executive Director of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Karen Drenkard, Ph.D., RN, NEA-BC, FAAN, was named chief clinical/nursing officer in January 2014 to lead GetWellNetwork's evidence-based clinical research efforts. And for more than a decade, Chief Outcomes Officer David Wright has worked closely with the GetWellNetwork client community to integrate IPC as a care delivery model and measure its impact on outcomes.
