OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 17, 2013) - On Saturday, April 20, 2013 Giant Tiger will celebrate the official opening of its new store in North Bay located at 278 Lakeshore Drive.
Doors will open at 8 a.m. after a ribbon cutting ceremony and speeches by some local dignitaries and the Store Manager, Sean Wilson. Giant Tiger is proud to be connected and committed to the communities we serve. A charity BBQ will be taking place benefitting Big Brothers & Big Sisters of North Bay; get a hot dog and a drink for $1.
It will be a fun-filled day with plenty of free activities for customers of all ages, including gift card giveaways to the first 100 customers in store, a rock climbing wall, free coffee and hot chocolate, strolling entertainment and even a visit from Friendly the Giant Tiger! There will be promotional giveaways during the celebrations.
