Gibson Energy Inc. Announces Senior Management Changes


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jan. 13, 2014) - Gibson Energy Inc. ("Gibson" or the "Company") (TSX:GEI) announced today changes to its senior management structure. The following changes are effective immediately:

  • Rick Wise has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Rick will be responsible for operating activities in the Company's Terminals and Pipelines, Truck Transportation, Retail Propane and Processing and Wellsite Fluids businesses;
  • Brian Recatto has been appointed President U.S. Operations. In addition to retaining responsibility for Canadian Environmental Services operations, Brian will be responsible for the profitability and growth of all U.S. operations as the Company continues to expand its integrated service offering across all of the major U.S. producing basins; and
  • Doug Wilkins has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Doug will be responsible for business and commercial development activities while maintaining responsibility for the Marketing business in the Company.
