There is also a designated area for crawlers and toddlers as well as several toddler-sized, themed slides throughout the play area.

Giggles N' Hugs is the pioneer and only restaurant that brings together high-end, organic food with the play elements and entertainment for children. Giggles N' Hugs offers an upscale, family-friendly atmosphere with a play area dedicated to children ages 10 and younger. The restaurant has a high-quality menu made from fresh, organic foods that are enjoyed by both children and adults. With nightly entertainment such as magic shows, concerts, puppet shows, face painting and arts and crafts, Giggles N' Hugs has become the number one destination for families wanting healthy food in a casual and fun atmosphere.

Westfield Topanga, more commonly known to locals as the Topanga Mall or Topanga Plaza, is a two-story shopping mall that consists of 279 tenants spread across three sections. It is located on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills in the Western part of Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. The mall, owned by The Westfield Group, is anchored by Macy's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Target, and Sears.

A $330 million renovation was completed in 2008, which included the addition of over 100 new stores including new anchors, Target and Neiman Marcus, a substantial renovation to the existing anchor stores, a new food court, a two-story carousel and three parking garages.

In July 2007, Westfield revealed partial plans to link Westfield Topanga with their other local indoor mall, the Westfield Promenade, which is less than two blocks away. In addition to the two major malls, Westfield owns a small, outdoor shopping center located on the same major boulevard. The company's plans involve renovating the outdoor mall and making it a hub for people traveling between the three shopping locations.

Once completed, the three mall complex will be the largest in California with 3.8 million square-feet.

Joey Parsi founded Giggles N' Hugs in 2007 after what he describes as a "void in the marketplace" for restaurants that encourage children to be themselves and play while parents can enjoy a quality meal in a casual setting without being made to feel uncomfortable as is often the case when you dine out with young children.

In addition to its family-friendly vibe, Giggles N' Hugs is also known for their own creation called "Mom's Tricky Treat Sauce," which hides pureed vegetables in kids' favorite meals such as pizza, pastas and macaroni and cheese.

"We plan to extend the quality experience of our differentiated concept into on-brand products that can be sold within our physical locations and through outside retail partners," said Joey Parsi, Giggles N' Hugs founder, president and CEO. "These items will include branded children's clothing, frozen foods with our Mom's Tricky Treat Sauce, coloring books, toys and other children related products."

Giggles N' Hugs has become a hot spot for all parents including Hollywood celebrities such as Adam Sandler, Mark Wahlberg, Halle Berry, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, among others. Giggles N' Hugs has also been featured in many news and entertainment publications such as Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes, People Magazine, US Magazine and the New York Post.

"We anticipate that the newest location in the Topanga Mall will perform as strong as, if not better than Giggles N' Hugs Century City, thereby increasing the total revenues and cash flow of the company substantially in comparison to where we are today," said Joey Parsi, Chairman and CEO of Giggles N' Hugs.
