Gigya Expands Partner Program to Bring Consumer Identity and Data Management to Broader Market

NEXUS Partner Ecosystem Broadens With Inclusion of New Technology, Agency, and Solution Provider Partners

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 19, 2014) - Gigya, the Connected Consumer Management suite, announced the expansion of its partner program to include new alliances with technology, agency, systems integrator, and solution provider vendors.

Since launching in 2012, the NEXUS Partner Ecosystem has become a highly strategic part of Gigya's business and its number of partners has grown exponentially. The program now includes integrations with over 50 leading Marketing, CMS, Content Recommendation, eCommerce Platform, Ad-serving, Analytics and Data Management vendors. Some technology partners include Marketo, ExactTarget (Salesforce.com), Demandware, DoubleClick, and Oracle.

As part of the revamped program, partners can work with Gigya based on a three-tier system to determine level of engagement:

  • Associate Partners work with Gigya to establish an initial joint value proposition and set short-term goals, with the end goal of developing the terms for a long-term relationship.
  • Silver Partners are ready to make the investment to truly go to market, jointly, and establish a long-term strategy. Partners at this level will make investment in product, marketing and sales and work with us to build a joint business plan and/or direct integration with Gigya.
  • Gold Partners are established partners with which Gigya shares joint customers and/or has a direct integration. Gigya will continually work with these partners to build plans for further growth. These plans are built for annual numbers and reviewed regularly by both executive teams.
