Gigya Launches IDX Marketplace, First-Ever App Exchange for Customer Identity Management

New Marketplace Allows Gigya's Partners to Develop, Certify and Market Integrations and Applications to Help Businesses Put Identity at the Center of Customer Relationships

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwired - May 12, 2015) - Gigya, the leader in Customer Identity Management, today announced the launch of its IDX Marketplace, which will give Gigya customers the ability to take advantage of a vast range of marketing and service platform integrations.

As part of Gigya's larger Partner Program, IDX gives partners the tools necessary to build, certify and market their integrations with Gigya. IDX includes dozens of new technology integrations with leading platforms such as Adobe Campaign, hybris Software, Krux, Optimizely and Oracle Marketing Cloud. IDX currently has more than 50 pre-built integrations with marketing and service technology providers that allow Gigya's more than 700 customers to create personalized experiences and interactions with their users.

One Gigya customer, Learn Liberty, a division of the Institute of Humane Studies at George Mason University, currently leverages IDX's integration with Marketo, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKTO) for marketing automation. Through the integration, the company has seen a 95% increase in average weekly subscribers and a 152% increase in site referral traffic from Marketo campaigns.

"I'm blown away by Gigya's IDX Marketplace," said Braum Katz, Digital Strategy Manager of Learn Liberty, which provides academic videos, online courses and job opportunities to users. "We've seen unbelievable results by generating quality leads and automating relevant campaigns."

With IDX, Gigya's customers can easily leverage pre-built integrations to port identity data gathered through Gigya's Registration-as-a-Service, Social Login, Signals and Loyalty products to personalize marketing campaigns, on-site content and customer service.

"Identity has become critical in understanding and building customer journeys," said Andre Dogan, Global Director of ISV Alliances at hybris Software. "Partnering with Gigya allows our customers to create shopping experiences predicated on leveraging permission-based identity data that Gigya provides when customers register and log in on websites and applications."

"This is a huge step for Gigya and for our customers and partners," said Patrick Salyer, Gigya's CEO. "We're on a mission to become the data management system of record for B2C businesses, and the launch of IDX allows our customers to truly put identity at the center of their marketing. Gigya is now firmly positioned as the underlying platform powering more accurate, relevant and intelligent marketing and services for the world's biggest brands."

Technology vendors can now submit their integrations directly to Gigya's product team for approval, distribution and sales via Gigya's newly re-launched website.
