Gigya Partners With Google to Launch First Google+ Sign-in Integrations With Its Network of 650 Clients

Fox Broadcasting Company Among First Clients to Implement New Technology Which Allows for Seamless Authentication and Mobile App Discovery on Websites

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2013) - Gigya, the leading provider of social infrastructure for business, today announced a partnership with Google to offer the new Google+ Sign-in to its roster of more than 650 clients through Gigya's Social Login. A number of Gigya clients, including Fox Broadcasting Company, are the first companies to successfully launch Google+ Sign-in on their web properties.

By allowing users to login to websites and applications using their Google+ credentials, they can bypass lengthy registration forms and quickly authenticate without needing to create new usernames and passwords. The new Google+ Sign-in also offers a unique and innovative feature that promotes mobile application discovery. When users log into sites with their Google+ identities, sites can prompt them to download corresponding Google Android applications via over-the-air installs, driving content and brand engagement across devices. Additionally, Google+ Sign-in also allows users to share content -- with specific calls to action -- to Google+ via the new Interactive Posts feature.

One of the first sites to implement Google+ Sign-in is, a Fox Broadcasting Company property. By logging into the site via Google+, users can quickly and securely authenticate to interact with's content and benefit from a more personalized site experience.
