Ginn Launches Cygnus Ticket Sales and Event Management System for LPGA Event

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 26, 2005 -- Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (OTC: CYGT) today announced it has signed an agreement with Ginn Clubs & Resorts to provide its new suite of online special event management technologies. The Ginn Clubs & Resorts Open, an LPGA Tour event to be held at Ginn's Reunion Resort & Club in Orlando, April 24-30, 2006, will be the first event to use the technology. Functionality provided by Cygnus will include volunteer registration; ticket sales and management; sponsorship package sales; distribution of individual tickets and credentials; Pro Am and player registration; and the ability to make online donations to the tournament's charity the Florida Hospital Foundation.

The Ginn Open will have the largest purse on the North American LPGA Tour, and is the only full-field LPGA Tour event in the state of Florida, home of the LPGA.
