Glassdoor Welcomes Mariah DeLeon as Vice President of People

HR Veteran Brings Extensive Experience in Human Capital Management, Talent Development and Organizational Structure

SAUSALITO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2014) - Glassdoor, recruiting jobs and career community, today announced the appointment of Mariah DeLeon as vice president of people, a welcome addition to the team as the company continues its rapid growth. With more than 20 years of HR experience in the technology industry, DeLeon will be responsible for directing all the people functions of the company, including strategic human resources planning, training, benefits, employee relations, compliance, policies and procedures.

Prior to Glassdoor, DeLeon was the vice president of global human resources at Innovative Interfaces, a US library technology company, and she also led HR and community relations functions at Alibris.com/Monsoon Commerce, a premier online marketplace for new and used books. Mariah received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
