Glen Eagle Intercepts 144 Meters P205 Grading 3.6% on Vanel

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 17, 2012) - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to report the final drill results of the spring drilling program carried out on its Moose Lake project. LO-12-22 was drilled and designed to reach a depth of 150 meters to test a secondary anomaly called "Vanel" which is located 6 km south east of the main zone "Orignal". The large intercept along with previous results reported on Vanel have demonstrated the existence of a secondary phosphate system at Moose Lake.

The Company is also pleased to report that 12 grab samples were collected on the main phosphate-bearing unit over a distance of more than 200 meters east of last hole drilled on "Orignal." The results indicate a strong continuity of the phosphate unit with all 12 samples averaging 5% phosphate. The next drilling program is scheduled to commence shortly and is designed to test the main zone further east. Based on the last two drilling program, the Company is now in a position to make a fair assessment that the main phosphate-bearing unit remains open in all directions.
