Glen Eagle Intersects 1.05% Li2O Over 22.95 Meters

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 17, 2010) - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of two more twinned holes on its Authier property located 15 kilometres west of Canada Lithium near Val d'Or in Quebec. Hole AL-10-06 (twin hole of 93-13) intersected two sections of pegmatite that returned 1.17% Li2O over 8.55 m and 0.81% Li2O over 8.70 m. Hole AL-10-11 (twin hole of 93-01) intersected 0.82% Li2O over 40.95 m, including 1.05% Li2O over 22.95 m showing a very close correlation with historical drill holes.

The newly drill holes are part of a six-hole twinning program which have demonstrated thus far that current results confirm the grades and the widths of the lithium-bearing pegmatite intersected in previous drilling which produced a deposit with historical resources (non 43-101 compliant) of 5 million tons grading approximately 1.1% Li20. The holes have been drilled 150 meters apart and have tested the pegmatite over a strike length of 300 m and to a depth of 75 m. The total length of the pegmatite is about 600 m and is open to the west and at depth.

As additional core samples from the remaining drill holes (15 in total) will be assayed by ALS, the Company will release future results as soon as they are made available by the laboratory throughout the month of November and December.

The samples were prepared at the company's facility under the supervision of the field geologist by sawing the NQ core in two halves. One half of the core was bagged, tagged and sealed and delivered to ALS Canada in Val d'Or. The other half is kept for record. The samples were analyzed for Lithium using the Li-OG63 method which consists of a specialized four acid digestion with an assay range of 0.01 to 10% Li. For Rare Metals and Rare Earth elements, the samples were analyzed with the ME-MS81 analytical method which consists of a lithium borate fusion prior to acid dissolution followed by ICP-MS analysis. The company has also implemented a QC/QA program for quality control. The company is using two analytical standards, a high and a low standard, duplicates and blanks. One standard and one blank sample are inserted for every 20 samples and a duplicate for every 20 samples will be sent to another laboratory for analysis.

Gilles Laverdière, P.Geo., a qualified person according to the NI 43-101 disclosing standards, is supervising the drilling program and has reviewed and approved the technical content presented herein.
