GLG Life Tech Limited Reports on Customer's 7th Month of Growth

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 7, 2005) - GLG Life Tech Limited (CNQ:GLGT) reports that their principal customer GLG International Health Products Chain Stores (the "Chain Store") as well as the Hong Zhang International Health Centers (the "Centers"), both operating in China, have experienced triple digit growth in all three categories for each of the seven previous months. The most recent reporting period ending August 18, 2005 showed an increase in sales for the period of 130%, an increase in memberships of 135% and an increase in locations of 119% bringing the total number of locations to 152. GLG Life Tech Limited is the exclusive supplier of product to the Chain Stores so it is anticipated that, although there will be an initial lag, GLG Life Tech's sales growth percentages should eventually model those of the Chain Stores.
