Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. Reports Temporary Delay in Filing Its Form 10-KSB

TULSA, OK -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 20, 2007 -- Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: GBVSE) ("Global Beverage") reports a delay in the release of the filing of its Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2006. The company is experiencing delays related to the acquisitions of Beverage Network of Maryland and Aqua Maestro and expects to file the Form 10-KSB early next week.

As a result of the delay in filing the annual report, Global Beverage's stock symbol will temporarily change to GBVSE, effective at the open of trading on Friday, April 20, 2007.
