Global Champions Split Corp. (the "Company") (TSX:GCS.PR.A) announced today that it has declared a quarterly distribution on its Class A Preferred Shares, Series 1 (the "Series 1 Shares"). The distribution is equal to C$0.25 per Series 1 Share for the quarter ending September 30, 2015, and will be paid on or before October 15, 2015, to the holders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2015.
