Global Condo Center Delivers New Tools for Consumers to Access Worldwide Listings Through Real and Virtual Worlds

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2007) - Buyers interested in residential or recreational real estate can now view properties from around the world in person, online and in the virtual world of Second Life. Global Condo Center Corporation, a Vancouver-based real estate promotional marketing firm, today launched new platforms for property developers to showcase their projects both locally and globally.

A walk-in Urban & Resort Condo Center store, located in downtown Vancouver, offers 25 display areas for local and offshore developers to present their properties in person to prospective buyers. There is a second Urban & Resort Condo Center in Downtown Calgary, Alberta, with others in the planning stage for Seattle, Los Angeles and Boston.

Developers can also feature their projects on, the company's Internet search portal capable of showcasing new developments in 2,200 cities and regions around the world. A second web site, is used when developers have an upcoming project. Members to this web site are e-mailed about new developments if a project meets certain criteria they have identified. Both Condo Center portals can be accessed online and on large screens at Urban & Resort Condo Center locations.

Global Condo Center's launch today of its virtual version of the Urban & Resort Condo Center on Second Life provides an additional marketing tool for developers to showcase their developments and properties to the 10 million residents of Second Life in micro sales centres, similar to those in the real world. Currently, 40 micro sales centres for projects from around the world are being showcased. Global Condo Center Island, developed with Clear Ink and Code 4 Software, was designed to create an immersive and interactive experience for prospective buyers. In the Urban & Resort Condo Center on Global Condo Center Island in Second Life, buyers can view information detailing real-world properties, some with design options and 3D interactive floor plans that avatars can navigate through.

To view Urban & Resort Condo Center properties on Second Life, users will need to visit and click on the "teleport to Second Life" button. From there, users will be directed to Second Life's "Orientation Island" where they will create an avatar to access Global Condo Center Island and its micro sales centres.
