Global Development and Environmental Resources Announces Advanced Remediation Product EH 22X

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 18, 2005 -- Global Development & Environmental Resources, Inc. (OTC: GDVE) announced today that the Company's CEO, Dr. Philip Pritchard, has retained exclusive global rights to its newest cleanup solution, EH 22X. This advanced proprietary product will revolutionize hazardous waste cleanups for such wastes as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), dioxins, pesticides and others.

EH 22X works by breaking down contaminates into microscopic particles that are easily bio-degraded in a shortened period of time. The colloidal action replaces the need for detergents or chemicals. The product is non-toxic, non-polluting, non-flammable, non-fuming and non-caustic. EH 22X can be used on oil spills, both over water and on beaches without harm to the environment. It can also be used to clean birds and other animals and is safe for marine environments.

EH 22X will be used on many of the Company's impaired commercial and industrial properties. The new solution has resulted in significant financial savings in recent trials. The use of EH 22X reduces the traditional costs of remediation of typical cleanups by more than 40%, resulting in substantial savings to Global Development's customers as well as for its corporately owned properties.

There are over 14,000 known sites in the United States that have pollutants that represent potentially harmful contaminates to the human population and wildlife. The solution has been utilized by the United States Department of Defense over the last several years under pilot studies. The results of these studies have proven successful in eliminating numerous health concerns to both the public and wildlife.

Global Development and Environmental Resources will be utilizing its domestic and international locations to support governmental agencies ridding such hazardous conditions through landfills, manufacturing facilities, military bases and chemical sites. The product is currently approved for use by the United States Department of Agriculture, the United States Navy, the State of California Water Resources Control Board, the State of California Department of Fish and Game, the State of California Health Services and the State of Florida among others.
